1. Eligibility

Naughty Joy is restricted to adults who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are under 18, or if adult classified content is unlawful where you are located, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Naughty Joy is a technology platform and classified advertising directory. Listings are submitted by independent third-party advertisers. Naughty Joy does not act as an escort agency, brothel, broker, employer, booking agent, event manager, representative, or guarantor for any advertiser or visitor.

• We do not arrange or schedule meetings.
• We do not negotiate offline terms.
• We do not collect or hold booking payments for advertisers.
• We do not guarantee advertiser identity, safety, availability, quality, health, background, or conduct.

3. User and advertiser responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree that you will:

• Use the website only for lawful adult browsing or lawful adult classified advertising.
• Provide accurate account, listing, payment-reference, and contact information when required.
• Keep login credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized account access.
• Respect privacy, consent, personal safety, intellectual property, and applicable law.
• Not scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse platform systems.

4. Advertiser warranties

Every advertiser represents and warrants that:

• The advertiser is an adult aged 18 or older and is acting voluntarily.
• All listing text, images, names, phone numbers, messaging handles, and locations are lawful, accurate, and authorized.
• No photo, phone number, identity detail, or private information of another person is uploaded without permission.
• No listing includes minors, coercion, trafficking, impersonation, blackmail, non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal sexual solicitation, or illegal goods or services.
• Any image submitted depicts adults only and is used with all required rights, permissions, and age confirmation records held by the advertiser.

5. Prohibited content and activity

Content or activity is prohibited if it violates applicable law or platform safety standards, including the IT Act, IT Rules, POCSO, ITPA, DPDP Act, criminal law, intellectual property law, or court/government directions.

• No child sexual abuse material, underage references, school/teen roleplay, youth-coded terms, or content involving any person under 18.
• No human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, debt bondage, pimping, brothel promotion, or forced activity.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, doxxing, revenge content, blackmail, or harassment.
• No unlawful solicitation, explicit pornography, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering, or scam activity.
• No malware, phishing, spam, automated scraping, fake reviews, ranking manipulation, or duplicate keyword-stuffed listings.

6. Moderation, takedown, and cooperation

Naughty Joy may review, reject, edit, unpublish, restrict, suspend, or delete accounts or listings when content appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may preserve relevant technical records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Reports involving non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, personal-data misuse, minors, or coercion should be sent to [email protected] with the listing URL, phone number, screenshots where available, and a short explanation. Verified urgent safety reports are prioritized.

7. Payments, wallet credits, promotions, and refunds

Paid features may include wallet credits, listing publication, priority placement, boosted visibility, VIP/Diamond display, or other digital promotional services. These are advertising and visibility tools inside the platform; they are not deposits, e-money, investment products, or cash-withdrawable balances.

• Pricing, duration, and feature scope may change from time to time.
• Promotional placement does not guarantee traffic, contacts, leads, earnings, or ranking position at all times.
• Refunds may be refused for consumed digital services, policy violations, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or deleted/suspended content.
• Where law requires a refund, correction, or reversal, we will handle it according to applicable law and verified payment records.

8. User safety and anti-scam warning

Visitors contact advertisers at their own discretion and risk. Naughty Joy does not verify or supervise off-platform communications or meetings. Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords, identity documents, workplace details, private images, or advance payments with strangers. Report suspicious listings immediately.

9. Intellectual property and personal rights complaints

If your photograph, name, phone number, work, or other protected material appears on the platform without authorization, send a notice to [email protected] with the URL, proof of identity/ownership, and the remedy requested. We may ask for additional information to verify the complaint.

10. Privacy and data protection

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Public listing information is intentionally published by advertisers and may be visible to search engines, users, and external referrers unless removed or restricted.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naughty Joy disclaims warranties about uninterrupted availability, listing accuracy, advertiser conduct, off-platform transactions, or user outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction rules. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
