What the platform does
- Hosts third-party classified listings submitted by independent adult advertisers.
- Provides city, state, category, blog, contact, report, and account-management pages.
- Lets advertisers manage listing text, images, contact options, visibility, and promotional placement.
- Lets visitors contact advertisers directly through contact details chosen by the advertiser.
What the platform does not do
- We do not arrange, negotiate, supervise, or guarantee meetings, appointments, or offline conduct.
- We do not collect booking payments on behalf of advertisers.
- We do not verify medical status, criminal background, personal conduct, or offline identity beyond platform checks that may be available at the time of listing review.
- We do not permit minors, trafficking, coercion, impersonation, non-consensual imagery, or unlawful solicitation.
Compliance approach
Naughty Joy is designed around adult-only access, user reporting, advertiser warranties, and moderation controls. Our policies reference Indian legal duties and safety expectations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
Trust and safety
- All users must be 18 years or older.
- Advertisers must only publish lawful, accurate, consent-based content.
- Reports about minors, coercion, trafficking, impersonation, personal data misuse, or non-consensual images are prioritized for urgent review.
- Users should never send advance payments, OTPs, UPI PINs, identity documents, or private images to strangers.
