• Listing data: title, description, category, city, state, area, images, contact options, service tags, advertiser-provided profile details, and listing status.
• Payment-reference data: wallet credit requests, plan selections, UTR/reference numbers, screenshots or receipts where uploaded, amount, status, and admin review notes.
• Support and report data: name, email, phone where supplied, message contents, listing URL, screenshots, complaint category, and follow-up records.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, device/browser details, request logs, error logs, security events, cookie/local-storage signals, and approximate location inferred from usage or listing filters.

3. How we use data

• To provide public pages, accounts, dashboards, listings, search, favourites, and support.
• To review listings, detect duplicate/spam content, enforce adult-only and prohibited-content rules, and respond to abuse reports.
• To process wallet credit requests, plan activations, boosts, and payment-reference verification.
• To secure the platform, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, maintain logs, and comply with lawful requests.
• To improve performance, troubleshoot errors, measure aggregate traffic, and maintain SEO/technical health.

4. Legal basis and consent

Advertisers intentionally publish listing details for public discovery. Public listing pages may be indexed by search engines and shared externally. Do not upload personal data, images, or contact details unless you have the right and consent to publish them.

• Administrators and support staff who need access to process listings, complaints, wallet requests, or legal notices.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect their own devices, passwords, OTPs, and messaging accounts.
