Effective date: September 26, 2026. Naughty Joy is an adults-only classified advertising platform. Access is allowed only for users aged 18 or older.
1. Adult-only access
By accessing Naughty Joy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that adult classified content is lawful for you to view where you are located, and that you will not allow any minor to access the website or its content.
2. Independent third-party listings
Listings are created by independent advertisers. Naughty Joy does not create the advertiser's offline service, does not arrange meetings, does not collect booking money, does not supervise advertisers or visitors, and does not guarantee any person's identity, conduct, availability, quality, safety, health, or legal compliance.
3. No unlawful solicitation
The platform may be used only for lawful adult classified advertising and lawful adult browsing. Content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, explicit illegal material, illegal solicitation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law is strictly banned.
4. User safety warning
- Never send advance money, booking tokens, cab charges, hotel deposits, or gift cards to strangers.
- Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords, identity documents, workplace details, or private images.
- Meet only if you voluntarily choose to do so, in a lawful and safe manner, and after your own due diligence.
- Report suspicious listings, impersonation, coercion, underage references, or scams immediately.
5. Badges and promotions
Labels such as VIP, Diamond, Boosted, Premium, or similar terms generally indicate paid promotional placement or platform visibility features. They do not guarantee offline services, background checks, medical status, police verification, or user safety.
6. Reports involving minors, coercion, or identity misuse
Reports involving minors, suspected child sexual abuse material, trafficking, coercion, impersonation, or non-consensual images are treated as urgent safety matters. Send the listing URL, phone number, screenshots where available, and a short explanation to [email protected]. You may also contact the appropriate law-enforcement or cybercrime authority directly.
7. Legal references
This notice is intended to support compliance with applicable Indian law and platform safety standards, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
